Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and you may need to return an item. Our Return Policy ensures a straightforward process for returns, while making sure that you are fully informed about your rights and responsibilities. Please read this policy carefully before initiating any returns.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Timeframe: We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. This means you have a 30-day window to initiate a return request, whether you change your mind, or the item does not meet your expectations.
- Condition of the Item: The watch must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. Watches should not show any signs of wear, scratches, dents, or damage. The item must include all original packaging, tags, protective films, and documentation (such as warranty cards, instruction manuals, and proof of purchase). Please ensure that the watch is returned exactly as you received it.
- Non-returnable Items: Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable. Watches that have been altered, resized, or adjusted after delivery are also non-returnable. Additionally, any items that have been used, show signs of wear, or have been damaged after being received cannot be returned.
- Sale and Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale, during clearance, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Please be sure to carefully review product details and sales conditions before completing your order if the item is marked as final sale.
2. How to Initiate a Return
We want to make returning items as easy as possible. To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact Customer Service – Reach out to our customer service team at info@pixelforgepcc.com within the 30-day return window. Please provide your order number, the product details, and the reason for the return.
- If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please include photos of the item to expedite the return process.
- Step 2: Return Authorization – Once we receive your request, our team will review your return eligibility. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product. Returns without an RA number may be delayed or rejected.
- Step 3: Prepare the Item for Return – Carefully package the watch in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, manuals, and the RA number. Make sure the item is securely wrapped to prevent damage during shipping.
- For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning the product. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
- Step 4: Return Shipping – Once we approve your return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item).
- Return Address: You will be provided with the return address along with the RA number after approval.
3. Refunds
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- The refund amount will be the total purchase price minus any applicable shipping fees.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive the returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. If you need assistance with placing a new order, our customer service team will be happy to help.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Step 2: Provide a description of the defect or damage, along with photographs of the product.
- Step 3: We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference, at no extra charge to you. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
6. Exceptions
- Customized Watches: Watches that have been personalized, engraved, or specially modified are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Non-Returnable Accessories: Certain accessories or consumable items (such as straps, cleaning kits, or batteries) may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
- International Returns: If you are returning a product from outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply. The same return window and conditions apply for international returns.
