1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We offer domestic and international shipping to ensure customers worldwide can access our exclusive collection of luxury watches.
✔ Domestic Shipping (United States) – We ship to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
✔ International Shipping – We provide shipping to most countries worldwide. Some locations may have restrictions due to local customs regulations.
✔ P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses – We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We partner with trusted global couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to ensure fast and safe delivery.
For domestic orders within the United States:
✔ Standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days.
✔ Expedited shipping options are available, with delivery in 1-3 business days.
For international orders, delivery times vary by location:
✔ Standard international shipping takes 5-14 business days depending on customs processing.
✔ Express international shipping is available, with estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
✔ Free Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders over $500.
✔ For orders under $500, a flat-rate shipping fee applies based on location and shipping method.
✔ Expedited and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTIES
✔ International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees required by their country.
✔ Customs policies vary by country, and charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
✔ If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the package may be returned, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific duty and import fee details before placing an order.
5. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We ensure that all shipments are fully insured for their full value to protect against loss or damage.
✔ Lost Packages – If a package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@pixelforgepcc.com. We will initiate a claim with the carrier.
✔ Damaged Packages – If your package arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and the item.
✔ Stolen Packages – If a package is marked as delivered but was not received, PIXELFORGEPC is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value items.
All claims for lost, damaged, or missing packages must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date.
6. ORDER TRACKING
✔ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
✔ Customers can track their shipment directly on the courier’s website (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS).
✔ If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact info@pixelforgepcc.com.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES
✔ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
✔ Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations and address changes are not possible.
✔ If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, they must contact us immediately at info@pixelforgepcc.com. PIXELFORGEPC is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses.
8. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
✔ For security reasons, orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery.
✔ If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a nearby facility for pickup.
✔ Customers are responsible for coordinating with the carrier for delivery adjustments if needed.
9. DELAYED OR FAILED DELIVERIES
✔ Weather conditions, carrier issues, and customs delays may impact estimated delivery times.
✔ If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
✔ PIXELFORGEPC does not provide refunds for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control.
