Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing includes verifying payment, packaging, and preparing your items for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next available business day. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped, along with tracking information to follow the progress of your delivery.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

PixelForgePCC offers several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Delivery times may vary based on your selected shipping method and destination. The following options are available:

    This is our most affordable option and takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within this timeframe, though delays can occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather or high shipping volume.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 Business Days):
    For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping, which typically takes 2-4 business days to deliver. This option ensures quicker receipt of your order, especially for urgent gifts or last-minute purchases.

  • Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days):
    Need your order quickly? Choose express shipping, and your wristwatch or accessories will be delivered within 1-2 business days. This option provides the fastest possible delivery and is perfect for last-minute or time-sensitive purchases.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, high demand during peak seasons, or shipping delays can occasionally affect the estimated arrival times.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to review the shipping cost before finalizing your order. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. For international customers, shipping fees will be calculated based on your location.

4. International Shipping

Currently, PixelForgePCC ships to select international destinations. International orders may incur additional shipping fees, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price at checkout and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. 5. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing an order. PixelForgePCC is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect addresses. We are happy to assist you before your order is processed, but once the order is shipped, we cannot make address changes.

7. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, PixelForgePCC does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Additionally, some items, such as oversized products or those subject to special shipping regulations, may not be eligible for certain shipping methods. If your order falls under any restrictions, you will be notified at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Although we take every precaution to ensure that your order is packed securely, sometimes things can go wrong during transit.
